Develop Prior to Inquiry Cycle:

• Curriculum overview, as a whole school and a year level.

• Development and Agreement on Essential Learning (Example of G1 Essential Learning) Our 'how to guide' might help.

• Norms and Protocols These can be updated each term, we now have whole school Norms and Protocols, however began with each team having them. The Inquiry Cycle have seperate norms to PLC meetings.

At the Beginning of the Cycle:

• Pre Reading, choosing from whole school resources (Teaching Primary Mathematics, Booker, Bond Sparrow and Swan. Or other resources

• Victorian Curriculum We chose to begin with Number only

• LPS scope and sequence

• Update and plan out using the Pacing Guide: Slides/ Spreadsheet
